The iFit app also offers guided runs that bring you to places such as Patagonia. If you do not want to use iFit, the treadmill can still be used, but you won't get the automatic adjustments or immersive training experience.
The NordicTrack Commercial 1250 is a quite heavy for a treadmill that folds, and it requires a substantial amount of space to operate. It is easy to move, however, and the treadmill comes with a warranty that extends for 10 years. The warranty is longer than other treadmills at this price.

You can train on any terrain using the 12 inclined settings and three decline settings. The Commercial 1250 comes with 1.9-inch rollers. They are not as large as those on the Peloton Treadmill but should be adequate for the majority of runners and walker.
The ActivePulse technology for tracking heart rate is a further great feature of the iFit 1250. This technology automatically adjusts your speed and incline throughout your workout to maintain your ideal heart rate zone (requires the SmartBeat chest band - not included).
